Do not send production files here. ### Eligibility + Step 2 We review jurisdiction and service eligibility. Questionable, unsupported, or unreviewed states HOLD. If eligible, Parks manually releases the secure Step 2 upload instructions for the production package. ### Order + Production After complete Step 2 intake, Parks presents the final priced Order. Production begins only after explicit Order acceptance, the disclosed one-time payment, and Parks confirms production acceptance. ### QC + Deliver The estimate is produced from contractor-provided evidence, receives human release QC, and is returned as the agreed contractor-branded PDF plus ESX when applicable. We are reviewing contractor business inquiries now. Paid production begins only after our launch requirements and the requirements for the proposed job are cleared and we confirm acceptance in writing. Please send only a brief, non-sensitive business inquiry for now. ### Who is Parks Estimating for? Roofing and storm-restoration contractors who need remote Xactimate estimating capacity. You supply the field documentation and control your customer relationship. We prepare, review and quality-check the estimate, then return the agreed deliverables to your team. ### Do you inspect properties or handle insurance claims? No. Parks does not perform field inspections, represent insureds, negotiate with carriers, interpret coverage, act as a public adjuster, or provide legal, engineering or cause opinions. We do not guarantee carrier approval or payment. ### What does estimating cost? Roof + gutters: $125 estimating fee. Add $35 if you need a compatible roof ESX report ($160 total). Accepted rush work is 1.5 times the applicable estimating fee. Fees are based on the work and scope, not a percentage of the claim or estimate. ### What should I send with my first inquiry? Your business contact information, requested service, property city and state, a short scope summary and preferred timing. Do not send policy numbers, claim files, production photos, sensitive personal information or payment-card details through the public request form. A request does not create an engagement or start the production clock. ### What is required for production intake? After Parks has cleared Step 1 eligibility and manually released Step 2, provide two complete, service-appropriate artifacts: a Measurement Package and the current Parks Scope Sheet. The package supplies the measurements and source documentation; the Scope Sheet records the contractor's observed facts and requested scope. Both must refer to the same job and support the work requested. Missing or contradictory information must be resolved before the file is Ready for Production. A generic report or a filled-in sheet alone is not proof that intake is complete. ### Can you estimate with missing photos or measurements? We first identify what is missing and why it matters. We do not invent material facts, concealed conditions or scope. If a material item cannot be supported, we ask for clarification or keep it excluded or unresolved under the agreed scope. Production timing is confirmed only after the intake is complete. ### How quickly will I receive the estimate? The target for standard roof and exterior files is two business days after complete Step 2 intake, accepted priced Order/payment, and Parks production acceptance. Multi-trade and complex files generally require three or more business days from that same production-start boundary. Rush targets of one business day or less are offered only when specifically accepted based on actual capacity. We confirm the due date only after complete Step 2 intake, priced Order/payment, and Parks production acceptance. ### What do I receive? The agreed contractor-branded estimate PDF, plus ESX when applicable and permitted by the confirmed Xactimate workflow. Material assumptions, exclusions and unresolved items remain visible. A human release check is required before delivery. The estimate supports your team's work; it does not establish coverage or guarantee payment. ### What is included in the revision policy? Each estimate includes one consolidated revision requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. It can cover corrections and review of new information, photos, measurements, scope details, or contractor bids for the same job within the agreed scope. Send one itemized request with the supporting material. We confirm the turnaround and return a clearly versioned update. Added rooms or trades, a new loss, other scope expansions, and further revisions require a separate quote and your approval. Verified Parks errors are covered separately under the Terms. Revisions do not include carrier negotiation, coverage advice, insured representation, or claim advocacy. ### How do you protect production documents? Production documents are collected only through the manually released Step 2 secure-upload path after Step 1 eligibility review. Parks verifies the upload against the job identity, jurisdiction, scope, and required intake package before any production start. Do not send production documents through Step 1. The Privacy Notice describes the controlled archive, backup, retention, and staging-copy handling. ### How do I ask about future capacity?
